Historic Costume &
Textiles Collection

Since the collections inception during the 1940's, over 10,000 pieces from the 15th century through today have been added.
The mission of the Historic Costume and Textiles Collection is to collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret textile, apparel and accessory items that support the Department of Consumer Sciences' education, research, and community engagement activities.
Featured exhibits tend to change bi-annually and are open to the public.
