Although there is one bedroom available to rent, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The room available features a walk-in closet leading into its own bathroom (no sharing). It is on the south end of campus, close to Gateway bars, can access campus easily, as well as under 2 miles away from the Short North and downtown Columbus. This apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen) and a bed and desk will be provided during rental. Maintenance and security is available if ever needed. Keycard entrance and connected to a parking garage (if desired, not required). Utilities are not included in rent, but usually do not exceed more than $60/month per person. Features a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and is fully carpeted. Must be able to move out after spring finals of 2011 as I will be coming back for summer classes. Prefer females, very clean, respectful of other's things and will be responsible for any/whatever damages done while living there. Rent is negotiable (within reason)
