I have a large bedroom in a 6 bedroom apartment at Harrison Apartments on Lane Ave. I'm moving out and need someone to take my spot for Winter and Spring Quarters, lease ends in July. 5 other girls live in the apartment. Rent is $630 a month and that includes everything (all utilities and cable) and then we each pay $7 a month for internet. It comes fully furnished with a twin XL bed and desk in the bedroom. We currently have a 5 bedroom home (duplex) on Woodruff Ave. One of our roommates will be moving out at the end of July as she is graduating. This is a great location and is near high street. The bedroom is a decent size and the house includes a washer and dryer. There is a huge living area and a decent size kitchen along with two bathrooms. Rent would be $490 a month plus utilities which will be split 5 ways!! A security deposit (which is equivalent to one month's rent) is due upfront along with the application through hometeam which costs $30. All of us girls are outgoing and clean. We do party on the weekends but we are considerate and respectful to roommates' wishes. We are preferably looking for a female and non-smoker. We will all be seniors the upcoming school year.
