Virtual Tour: Open Air School Historic Renovation

The historic "Columbus Open Air School", built in 1928, is being renovated into a local community hub. Located in the Tuttle Park neighborhood at Neil and Hudson, this new project will feature restaurants, office space, and other small tenants such as a Butcher Shop Fitness Center. This project is partially funded through historic preservation tax credits, which help developers to preserve and breathe new life into historically significant buildings. Kelley Companies is a family-owned real estate development firm that specializes in the preservation, renovation, and re-use of historic structures. Founded in 1968 and having operated through three generations, they have helped to preserve the past while building the future.
